In order to edit a ministry's information, you must be the website's "administrator" for that ministry. (If you are not the Ministry Administrator, please see instructions titled "How do I become a Ministry Administrator?".)
If you are the administrator, you can update your ministry's baptism and attendance information in 3 simple steps:
1. Log in to the website using your personal User ID and password.
2. Utilize the locator search features and map to find your ministry's page.
3. Click on the edit button located at the top right corner of your ministry's page. NOTE: This button will not be visible if you are not signed in to the site, or if you are signed in but are not the administrator for your ministry.
4. Once you are on the edit page, you will see edit buttons in the top right corner of the statistics box and the top right corner of the staff information box. Click on the edit button located with in the specific area you want to edit.
