26 hours of prayer for Sandy Hook
posted 3/1/2013 9:43:09 AMBeginning 5 pm on Friday, Newtown (CT) Christian Church will host 26 hours of prayer for the victims and families of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in December, with one hour devoted to each of the affected families. The church has invited local residents to join church members for any or all of the event, and posted the schedule on its website for out of towners who wish to join with them in prayer. In addition, churches in more than two dozen states and in Cambodia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Brazil, Nova Scotia, and Canada are participating from their own locations. Learn more here.
