Joplin rally led by OCC student
posted 8/27/2012 2:08:01 PMAshley Carter, a student at Ozark Christian College (Joplin, MO), coordinated a rally this past Saturday to support neighbors affected by the recent burning of the Islamic Society of Joplin, a local mosque. The event included a picnic at a local park, live music, and guest speakers Hina Qidwai, from the Society, and Dr. Rick Love, president of Peace Catalyst International.
